The Music is Black: A British Story

II Bronzetto's EDGE Door Handle Holds Court

A Few of My Favorite Things

  •  1 - My Frankenstein book. Reading is something I've enjoyed doing since I was a little girl, and over the years I've gradually built up my own mini library. Being able to flip through pages of my favorite stories and let my imagination run wild gives me a way to take some time for myself and escape reality for a bit.
  • 2 - A cassette tape. A couple of years ago, I bought myself a cassette player/recorder because of my nostalgia for analog media. And the Guardians of the Galaxy albums have always held a special place in my heart because I grew up with the trilogy, and was obsessed with the first film. There's just something about the novelty of playing physical copies of music that will never get old for me.
  • 3 - Luffy figurine. Honestly, One Piece is one of those series I didn't expect myself to become a huge fan of, but its captivating story and its rich characters and have deeply moved me.
  • 4 - Sketchbook. Art has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember, and I love drawing at any chance I get. I've filled up several sketchbooks, and this one in particular is my favorite one so far. It has a nice yellow tint to the paper, and has a nice texture I enjoy drawing on. I've even covered it with stickers just to make it more personal to me.
  • 5 - Perfume. I always love a good perfume. Especially if its one that doesn't trigger my allergies. I'm typically drawn to more sweet, and fruity scents, and this specific one has become my favorite.
